Most of this work is invisible once it is finished — that is rather the point. These are the parts of a job you would otherwise never see.

**Full PPE and negative air**Disposable coveralls and a fitted respirator, with the negative air unit running behind. Air moves into the work area and through HEPA filtration — never out into the rest of the building.

**Bagged, labelled, manifested**Asbestos waste double-bagged in labelled disposal bags and loaded for transport. It goes by appointment, under permit, to the only Calgary landfill that accepts it — and you get the manifest.

**Interior taken back**A main floor stripped to the studs. Everything staying — framing, windows, services — comes through intact.

**Down to the framing**Clean, square, and ready for the next trade. Nothing left hanging, nothing for a framer or electrician to work around.

**Exterior strip and secure**Cladding removed and openings boarded and made secure. Weather and access get dealt with before the site is left.

Every job finishes with air clearance testing and full documentation — clearance results, waste manifests and the Alberta OHS project notification, handed to you for your records.
