Kitchen surfaces, sink and outside of appliances. Bathrooms top to bottom — toilet, bath, shower, sink, mirrors. All floors vacuumed and washed. Dusting of reachable surfaces, skirting, sills and light fittings. Bins emptied and beds made if you want them done.

A standard clean on a three-bedroom house takes about three to four hours. A deep clean on the same house takes six or more — it is a different job, not a longer version of the same one, and the price reflects that.
Deep clean and move-out clean
A deep clean adds the things a standard visit does not reach: inside the oven and fridge, inside cabinets and drawers, behind and under what can be moved, skirting and door frames washed rather than dusted, and interior windows. A move-out clean is the same work, done to the standard a landlord or buyer inspects to.

Regular cleaning
If you want us back on a schedule, the price comes down: 10% off every visit on a fortnightly clean, 5% off monthly. No contract and no cancellation fee — tell us to stop and we stop.

All prices exclude GST and are current as of October 2026. Final price is confirmed in a written quote before any work starts — we do not ask for a deposit and there is no charge for the quote.
If the job runs over
Alberta's consumer protection rules limit how far a final bill can go past a written estimate without your agreement, and we work to that. If a job looks like it is going to run past the quote, you hear it from us before it does — not afterwards — and we get your agreement in writing before carrying on. If you would rather we stopped at the quoted figure, we stop.
No surprise invoice, and nothing added at the end that you did not say yes to.
Outside Calgary
Calgary prices include travel. Beyond the city we add a travel charge, and because the drive has to be worth making there is a minimum job value:

If a job outside Calgary comes in under the minimum, we will say so rather than quote it — you are better off with someone local, and we would rather tell you that than take the work and resent the drive.
Why hire a restoration contractor to clean
Most of what we do is asbestos abatement, mould remediation and fire and water damage work. That means two things for a cleaning job. We carry commercial general liability insurance and WCB coverage, which a lot of individual cleaners do not, so if something goes wrong in your home you are not relying on goodwill. And we are equipped for the jobs that are not really cleaning jobs — a unit left in a state after a tenant, a basement after a flood, a house after a renovation.
If you want a weekly tidy at the lowest price in the city, a franchise will beat us. If you want the job done by an insured contractor who will tell you honestly what is cleaning and what is restoration, that is us.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of customers leave a key or a code. We will confirm arrangements in writing before the first visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything including the vacuum. If you have sensitivities, or a surface that needs a particular product, tell us when you book and we will match it.
What if the house is worse than expected?
We ring you before doing extra work, not after. The quoted price is the price unless you agree otherwise.
Do you clean after renovations or a flood?
Yes — that is closer to our main work than ordinary house cleaning. See post-construction and restoration cleaning.
