Post-construction & restoration cleaning in Calgary

The last step that makes a property feel finished. Construction and restoration leave behind fine dust in places you don't expect — inside cabinets, on top of door frames, in duct runs — and a project isn't done until it's gone. We provide the deep, detailed cleaning that makes a space genuinely move-in ready.

What we do

• Post-construction cleaning — full dust removal, window and track cleaning, fixture polishing, floor washing after renovations or new builds
• Post-restoration cleaning — the final clean after fire, water, or mold work, including HEPA vacuuming of fine residues
• Deep cleans — move-in / move-out and neglected-property cleans for homeowners, landlords, and property managers
• Commercial cleaning — offices and retail spaces after fit-outs or damage repairs

Why it's part of the package

Most of our cleaning work finishes jobs we started — the final stage of “one call covers it all.” But we also take standalone cleaning projects across Calgary and the surrounding communities. Either way, the standard is the same: when we leave, the only evidence of the project is the result.

What it costs

Published, like everything else we price. Calgary rates, excluding GST.

• Final clean before handover — $0.35 per square foot, minimum $249. A 1,200 sq ft condo is $420; a 3,000 sq ft house is $1,050.
• Rough clean mid-build — $0.20 per square foot, minimum $199. Debris out, surfaces knocked down, site workable for the next trade.
• Touch-up after the deficiency list — $65 per hour, two-hour minimum.
• Carpet and upholstery — hot water extraction from $149 for two rooms.

Commercial cleaning is priced per visit: under 1,000 sq ft $149, 1,000 to 2,500 sq ft $199, 2,500 to 5,000 sq ft $299, and above that after a walkthrough. One-off commercial deep cleans are $65 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Add 15% for after hours and weekends.

A word about dust in older buildings

If the renovation was in a building put up before the 1990s, the dust on every surface is not only drywall. Drywall mud, texture coat, floor tile and lino backing from that era can contain asbestos, and demolition is exactly what puts it into the air and onto everything. Wiping it down with a damp cloth and a shop vac spreads it and exposes whoever is doing the wiping. We are an abatement contractor first, so we know what we are looking at — and if something on site looks wrong we will say so before we start cleaning rather than after. Sampling is $225 plus $85 per sample if you want it confirmed in writing.
